The apps

fxjima apps are distributed through Apple's App Store. Unless a custom license is presented within an app, your use of each app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, you agree we may use them to improve our apps without obligation or compensation — though we try to give credit where it's due.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and any pre-release information are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fxjima is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
